Sesame Pad Thai // Hatchery

Headed Somewhere Blog

Nothing is really measured in this recipe… oops. Just put in however much you’d like of each ingredient. This recipe was inspired by a sauce that came in my monthly Hatchery box… its supposed to be used as a marinade or glaze, but I saw things a little differently. 🙂

Ingredients:

Thai Noodles

Original Sesame Korean Gochujang Sauce

Sliced Carrots

Sweet White Onion or Scallions

Bean Sprouts

Peanuts

Cilantro

Eggs

Protein of your choice (Shrimp, Chicken, Tofu)

Directions:

Chop cilantro, peanuts and onion.

Scramble eggs and set aside

Sautee slivered Carrots and diced onion together

Cook noodles according to their own directions. Most directions say to bring water to a boil, remove pot from heat, then add the noodles in hot water and let sit for 6-8 minutes. But some may vary depending on the brand.

Pour sauce into wok or sautee pan until lightly boiling. Add cooked noodles, scambled eggs, peanuts and your carrot/onion mix.

Warm and mix together.

Serve topped with cilantro and bean sprouts… I usually add more peanuts on top!
